%0 Journal Article %T La transferencia de conocimiento interorganizacional para fomentar la innovación %D 2013 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10906/76385 %X This investigation work was made in order to create a theoretical framework which aims to establish the key factors that are considered to the organizational learning and the transmission of the same to companies whom change due globalization, they are constantly forced to acquire new skills in order to continue innovation, this way new markets and the needs of consumers are explored.
