%X Universidad Icesi has developed a business plan, which will cover the south west part of
Colombia, for the festival “Así se Canta”. Through this graduation project we aim at
constructing a network of performers which will bear their formation process towards a high
social impact. To achieve this, it will rely on music. This project is an extension of the
academic and extracurricular activities belonging to Universidad Icesi to serve the Caleño
community as well as the communities in the region and the department. All this is part of the
University’s policy of social responsibility, which is an important component of the
University’s mission and core values. This project is financially supported by the private and
the public sector.
