competitive advantage is the experience of the partners in the Colombian sugar industry and industry knowledge with extensive experience in the action area, which provides the knowledge and experience to develop the business plan.
The business group is comprised of two professionals with expertise in business management, who know the Colombian sugar industry and two engineers with over 20 years of experience in the sugarcane industry in different countries.
Solution will have a total investment of $ 170,000,000 million, of which the business group manager and furnish $ 140,000,000 $ 30,000,000 million remaining through a loan

It is considered that the sector is a clear market opportunity to provide solutions to the sugar mills, the growth of the industry into new products and manufacturing processes and the few companies that provide specialized solutions.
The profitability of the project in an analysis of three years is 109.22% per year, which makes it attractive as it is above any option in the financial market and exceeds the expectations of the members who constitute 20%.
The sensitivity analysis shows that over 77% achieving market goals achieved the minimum
rate of return required by investors.
