AB  - This paper presents a methodology developed by the
authors to stimulate sonic and musical creation in
Design students. Different theoretical backgrounds
that are the basis of this practice are exposed along
with the guidelines for its development. Based on
qualitative assessment of the musical production of
the students and the manifest impact on their acoustical
cognition the effectiveness of its practice is concluded.
