AB  - The project presented below is a proposal to crate a kindergarten with an emphasis on environmental awareness and education in values; It will be located near the Panamerican Highway: Whether is Pance or Ciudad Jardin.  Its target customers are parents who are inhabiting the are around the Autonoma University, Valle del Lili, El Caney and of course Pance and Ciudad Jardin.  These parents belong to social strata 4, 5 and 6 and their average monthly family income is $3.000.000
The project requires an investment of $50 million provided by equity partners (a capitalist partner and one industrial partner), and external financing ($50.000.000).  This investment will have an internal rate of return of 27,6% per year and a positive net present alue ($65.979.832).
As a general conclusion, the project is viable from the different views discussed herein.  To bring this project to a successful stadium should be noted that during the first two years to do a thorough job of marketing to raise awareness of the Kindergarten and gain market share in the new residential areas.  Similarly, you should not only fulfill the promise of differentiating services, but also be constantly updated methodologies and laws mentioned by the MEN.
