Results
The Project will be started with an investment of $ 120´000.000 which will be contributed by the partners. It has an internal rate of return of 24.6% which exceeds the cost of capital estimated at 15%, and a net present value of $27.093.513. The project investment is recovered in 2.29 years. The breakeven point of the project is 371 services equivalent to $52’309.482 and has a safety margin of 28 services.
Main conclusions
As the business competitive advantage is the fast return on investment, the immediate start and the good cash flow due to the policy of cash payment services provided.
According to the market research, it is inferred that a very small percentage of people who have cars, only 10%, never use these services, instead 20% takes twice a year, 60% once a year and the remaining 10% takes their vehicles four times a year. Could also infer that the most used services are plate repair and painting (26.5%), vehicle interior portfolios (31.3%) and washing and beautification engine (22%).
As key factors of competitiveness of this business stand the quality, speed, reliability, attention and excellent service.
As an advantage for the customers, the business gives innovation, quick service and quality, reliability, excellent customer service, competitive prices, system environmentally friendly using fewer products and less solvent, warranty.
The business plan for an auto shop of plate repair, painting and SPA express, is feasible from a technical, commercial, economic, financial and environmental point of view.
