Based on explanatory methodology, this article discusses how curriculum of Management programs in Bogota is structured, within the framework of institutional isomorphism. The results indicate that regulatory influences, corresponding to professional expectations, and the mimetic, referring to comparisons with other programs, explain the structure of the curriculum in Management education.
