AB  - The URBAN PROJECTS S.A.S. construction company is facing a fast growing process attributed to the strategic decision of developing and building the macro SOLAR VERDE (GREEN SOLAR) project. This makes it necessary to design the structure of an area to manage the resources and the planning of the project. Currently the builder has started the process of structuring of the planning area, however the responsibilities have not been established, nor the measuring mechanisms to ensure efficiency in this area. This project focuses in the objective of managing the structuring of the planning area by assessing the current organizational effectiveness of the builder and the designing of an area’s proposal according to the company strategic requirements.
