AB  - This document presents the results of developing a model that allows to measure the effect
of Trust between team members and Trust between the team and the leader on three
variables: Team-Member Exchange, Organizational Learning Capability and Team Job
Performance. An analytical framework is developed to show how Trust is defined as a
basic element for good Job Performance of companies, especially at managing the human
resource efficiently
