%0 Journal Article %T Planeación estratégica de Ferretería su Casa Constructora 2012 - 2015 %D 2011 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10906/76628 %X The formulation of the strategic plan for the hardware store: “Su Casa Constructora”, was developed taking into account the first stage of the Strategic Management process proposed by David (2003), the business mission statement was formulated, as well as the internal and external evaluation, the analysis of relevant information and the correspondent suggestion for its improvement. The achievement of the necessary information to perform this study was carried out through interviews, analysis of documents and direct observation. The information obtained allowed the elaboration of arrays and analysis of results to find the key variables for the formulation of the strategic planning of the company. The strategies proposed are the result of several analysis presented in this study, this is why they are proposed as the most feasible ones for the overall development of the strategic planning in this business.
