%0 Journal Article %T Plan estratégico del área comercial de Bancoomeva S.A. %D 2013 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10906/76997 %X This proyect was done based in the information supplied by Bancoomeva S.A. company, using the first resources from the Company and applying the methodology of a strategic planning which is about the development and implementation of plans to achieve targets and goals established. The aim of this thesis was analyze and evaluate the Bancoomeva S.A´s current strategic planning, in order to prove if the strategic planning in the Bank is consistent with the current strategies implemented by the commercial area. The methodology of the process of the strategic planning begins with the economic and financial environment of the banking sector in Colombia, afterwards, it will be done the inner analysis to obtain a diagnosis that allows us to assess if the achievement of the objectives pursued were according to the strategy declarations. As a result of the above, was found some weaknesses in the value-added, inconsistency in the current vision and the Bancoomeva S.A. target´s definition.
