The market and the development of fi nished products of Quinoa has been extend their influence year by year, however, in Colombia the consumption is low due to the limited information of the product and the benefits that this product has. For that reason, Biox has a relevant opportunity to ma ke incursions in this market, according to the quality of the products, distribution and the aggregate value included in the protein insolate that the company makes.
