And is it that we attach importance to this report, where we will know the features that different authors such as Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995) True knowledge engineers, Andrew Mayo and Lank Elizabet, writers of the book “Learning Organizations”, and other authors have attributed to this process. Additionally we will know some dimensions to consider in order achieving organizational learning, such as having experience, communication, teamwork and the importance of encouraging people to take risks to take challenges and learn from them.
