%0 Journal Article %T Plan de sucesión gerencial propuesto en atención a reglas de juego preestablecidas entre socios de COIN Ltda. %D 2011 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10906/67548 %X The objective of this research is to design a tentative management succession plan for COIN LTDA. “Construcciones Industriales Limitada”. The main result, in addition to developing the plan, was the awareness of the three partners of the analyzed company, in four basic aspects, namely: the first, concerning the reformulation of the company’s future vision; the second, recognition of basic game rules between partners, for better understanding each other and making decisions to overcome the company’s currently facing problems; the third, to accept that the leadership’s management relay process or generational change can be with greater right being chance, whether it is governed by a management succession plan, as the developed in this research; and the fourth, advance in the partners’ paradigm change on the impossibility of design a strategic plan because, they say, it’s a "sui generis" Company.
