This paper aims to formulate a deployment methodology, implementation and monitoring of strategic planning, applicable to various areas of small and medium enterprises. Once the senior management of the company has defined the goals and strategic long and short term, it is necessary to establish the proposed methodology that allows disclosure of this planning, which involves commitment and participation of all levels and departments, in achieving the objectives through the implementation of specific activities. A pilot test of this methodology is developed in the Distribution Center where an analysis of the matrix of objectives of the vision, were reviewed and validated from different perspectives and objectives identified at lower lever which could contribute to the objectives of the higher hierarchy. Once these objectives are to deploy at all levels of the distribution center, we identified the indicators that would leverage the results of the company, integrating or translating them into action plans that are monitored or controlled by the leaders assigned. The real pilot seeks to validate a deployment methodology, implementation and monitoring can help improve the results of the areas, making a sequence of steps to bring into the organization, from the deployment of strategic objectives to lower levels of the hierarchy, through a monitoring and control model of indicators to obtain concrete and measurable results that are aligned with strategic business objectives.
