%0 Journal Article %T Propuesta de un método estándar de gestión del cambio para la implementación de nuevos subcomponentes en el modelo de gestión de la empresa Sinergia S.A %D 2011 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10906/67844 %X A company needs an organized way to manage and achieve results, which requires a management model that allows deploying the objectives from strategy at all levels. Management models are conformed by different components and sub-components. Synergy Company counts with a management model that has three components: strategy planning, management by guidelines and routine management. These ones are conformed by sub-components that have not given the expected results and also were implemented using different ways; For this reason, an assessment of the implementation method was made using interviews with the leaders of the sub-components and an application assessment to each one of the sub-components was also made in different areas of the company. The results of the assessment of the model showed that only one sub-component had a high score being this successful because of its adoption and development are evident and also the sub-component is already part of the routine of the managers. It was also identified that there was not a unique implementation method and it was confirmed that keys elements were forgotten to facilitate the change process in people. 11 All this allowed to conclude that the main cause of the low level of application and the non adoption of the sub-components in the company was the lack of an adequate change management. According to this, a standard implementation method is proposed based on the PDCA methodology and the change management process to guarantee success in the future implementation of sub-components of the management model from synergy Company.
