%X Icesi University has experienced a rapid growth over the past 5 years, due to the creation of new faculties and undergraduate programs. Its vision for 2014 is to be recognized by the Colombian society, national organizations and academic peers internationally as a model of excellence in learning, research and social intervention in the various areas of knowledge. Among its strategic objectives is to contribute to social equity, increasing the number of students from low income, for which it is based on a comprehensive program of financial support through the allocation of funding scholarships and tuition. The processes associated with this program, must adapt to new needs, but also be rigorous and systematic way to develop, therefore, this paper proposes the adaptation of some elements of quality management system, which are convenient and relevant to the decision-making.
