%X Merge and Acquisitions, known too as M&A by its acronym in English, are strategy
used by the companies that wants to growth (in size, and market share), or
generates synergies in order to be more efficient in its value chain, among other
reasons. In a globalized world and with economies every time more open, the use
of such strategy is every time more common. For example, in Latin America,
according at study “Global Legal Advisory Mergers & Acquisitions Ranking Q3
2011” from Bloomberg consulting, until September 2011, 3.846 transactions of
M&A was made by USD 313,2billions.
