Diversity and flexibility variables were analyzed in a group of 57 business directores, and ANOVA statistical tests were applied. Results demonstrate that the service and commerce small and medium business sector managed by women tend to implement diversity and labor flexibility policies related to work Schedule and flexible work as part of their corporate social responsibility.
