%0 Journal Article %T Estrategia de implementación y modelo de seguimiento y control para el mejoramiento del clima laboral en DIRECTV - TELECENTER PanAmerican %D 2013 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10906/76414 %X The purpose of this research applied to the company DIRECTTV-TELECENTER Panamericana, it is to propose a strategy implementation and a model for monitoring and control in order to improve the work environment, and became one of the 5 best places to work in Colombia, according to the research firm Grear Place to Work. The authors review the different variables used in Great Place to Work to determine the best companies and build a series of activities that may impact these variables. With them, they made a number of strategic indicators with the objective to improve the work environment and develop a dashboard that allows to the company the monitoring and controlling the factors has impact in the work environment permanently, without having to wait for the next measurement and allowing them to take timely corrective breeding decision.
