The restaurant will be located in the commune number 4 of Cali, specifically in the Calima neighborhood, and will presented to the public of this sector an economical choice, rich in flavor and quality. The restaurant's location is one of the most important factors of the project. Currently in this area, there is no a similar option for this type of food. On the other hand, the sector has a high flow of people all day, due to the large number of people that concentrates and the proximity to the ACOPI industrial zone, that pull a lot of workers from early morning until night. Edi-Arepa strongly impact the area, with fast service, a modern look, a cheap well served option. These features are not available in the surrounding business and will significantly differentiate it in the location. The business will have small infrastructure and not to much equipment, due to the simplicity of the process in this business.
