%X Agencia120 is a company whose mission is to promote expression through photography and the visual media. Born in the city of Cali, with the initiative to find ways of sustaining and making profitable photographer profession, finding a market opportunity in wedding photography and video. The agency will be formalized under the model of sociedad simplificada por acciones with the intention of taking advantage of tax benefits and the actual support for entrepreneurship given by the Government. The company will be led by an interdisciplinary team of photographers, videographers, journalists, visual artists and business managers with experience in audiovisual production and cultural and creative management. Capital requirements are represented by an investment in fixed assets by $ 35,474,900, pre-operating expenses of $ 3,322,500 and working capital of $ 10,023,320 for a total of $ 48,820,720 pesos. These amounts will be covered by the contribution of the partners in full value. The given the flexibility in its cost structure of the agency, an organization that can be flexible according to the financial and economic analysis has a 141% return rate for two years, and also significantly reducing the risk because of its two years of operation.
