I. %D 2013 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10906/76665 %X This work is based in a research of the CAFÉ GRANJA LA ESPERANZA COMPANY, to establish a strategic planning that allows to know the opportunities, using the advantages of the company, with this method, anticipate the threats that may cause any risk for the organization. To achieve this method we develop the SWOT matrix of the company to know it in depth, and survey the employees to know their conditions in the organization; all of this only with one purpose: increase the productivity of the company, rewarding the employees.
