Adaptation of the old regime´s legal system, to accomplish with the new conceptions of the State, had to weigh up the numerous political hitches at stake on the birth time of modern states. The Colombian´s legal process had different characteristics perceived from one region to another, for this kind of property. I also had a greater impact in places such as the Popayan province, where the indigenous population was at a high concentration.
