%X CONCISAN S.A.S. provides services in construction and consulting in civil and
health engineering projects, to public and private companies. This paper proposes a 5-year
strategic plan for CONCISAN S.A.S. To do so, external and internal analysis were
conducted, identifying key internal activities, including an assessment of the financial
condition of the organization, and identifying current weaknesses, opportunities, strengths
and threats. Building on these, strategies were formulated to exploit opportunities and turn
potential threats into new opportunities. The strategic objectives focus on two axes,
customer satisfaction and social and environmental responsibility, prioritizing the welfare
of the employees of the organization.
