However, these learning processes with subsequent innovation should be supported from the beginning and throughout the process by the top management. This management is what allows developing an absorptive capacity where the company achieves to assimilate new information from external knowledge sources to be applied to commercial purposes obtaining competitive advantages. For this end it has different strategies to improve organizational skills, strengthening technological distinctive competencies, ie, technology plays a key role in the learning processes and therefore innovation, mediated by collaboration agreements that allows organizations to obtain an optimum performance in the learning processes.
