Is a process that doesn't affect only the direct parties, affect also the influence of the evolutionary process of a region and of a country in general. Because graduate students are the ones who get huge and important positions in a society and the companies are those that create and drive the employment and the regional development. For this reasons this links have to generate an add a value to each one of the parties not only at short term, also at medium and large term as well, to create a sustainable development and the successful adaptation of each one of the parties in the constant changes in this globally world. This study analyzes the research of university-business relations that exist in Latin America, its beginnings, its history, benefits do each of the parties, what were the social, the problems faced and possible solutions for these synergies to be successful. This facilitates organizational learning to stakeholders (universities and companies) and strengthens the bonds to be successful.
