AB  - This work was realized by the end to approach and to know it brings over of the impact that has the topic of the capture of decisions and the learning organizational for the development of the economic and operational activity of the companies; to solve the thesis there were looked articles and publications of topics that had relation and were focused on the innovation of processes and the development that these have with regard to the relation university company, in which one found relating studies on the capture of decisions and the learning in the organizations, some of these were selected to be a part of the base of study of this work in general and of his theoretical frame.
The project has as end, grant clarity brings over of how the organizations are seen in the obligation to search on the market, new processes and innovative procedures with the intention of competing on markets increasingly changeable and with more power. At the same time there is approached the topic of the charitable impact that has the relation university company and the process of feedback that one handles in the above mentioned relation.
