AB  - The main proposed of this thesis plans for documented tree of the key process in
which the Masters Office of the Administrator and Economics Faculty Science, which is the
one in charge of the academic planning of the Master in Business Administration (MBA), to
make proposals for improvement that are reflected in meeting its ultimate goal: the client.
A key process is treated as a relevant process, which impacts heavily on the strategic
objectives of an organization, three processes have been identified as the main, these are:
1. Registration process, new student admissions and
2. Process and track academic programming courses.
3. Registration process academic concentrations and courses.
At present, the above processes have no maps, no documentation, the following
work will present the relevant documents to support daily monitoring activities carried out
within the Office of Masters and monitoring the different areas involved.
Once defined, documented and plotted, it is proposed the creation of tools to
support continuous improvement of internal processes, which includes quality, service
marketing and operation of daily activities.
The objectives and the methodology proposed seek to define profiles, roles, tasks
and time allocation for the optimal development of each of the activities provided for the
efficient advancement and transparency that should have our processes for the students.
The process is defined as "an action or sequence of actions regular continuous,
occurring or are carried out in a defined manner, and leading to the fulfillment of some
result, a continuous operation or series of operations" (Peppard and Rowland, 1996), this
paper seeks to realize a greater emphasis to present tools or failing a redesign that allows
adjustment and process improvements raised. A survey is also proposed as a support tool
in the diagnosis newspaper, to measure and analyze the processes under consideration.                                                        Finally, the conclusions were presented and recommendations that seek to
propose improvements to the level of human resources and technological resource.
