AB  - Strategic planning is one of the best monitoring tools to measure and generate progress in organizations. Therefore, its implementation provides attractive benefits for those who want to keep their business in the long term, because with it you can make objective decisions , where companies are able to seize opportunities , address their threats , correct weaknesses, and strengthen its strengths , based on a proactive management approach .
Eureka is an innovative approach that represents a clear benefit to the disabled population , but their services are not easily accessible because such therapies are excluded from the benefits of mandatory health plan and some special plans. This makes addressing this users given guardianship or failure of specific processes such as procurement contracts , which do not always ensure continuity in treatment or patient flow for the institution.
