AB  - This paper was developed under the motivation to create a tool or element that could improve the
customer`s service processes. Being able to participate in the creation of a hotel and its concept
has been a huge opportunity, granted since 2011. This method allows a continuous evaluation of
the processes inside the hotel specifically through the market investigation of surveys and hidden
costumers, here is where you can catch the employee in his natural environment, and therefore is
the best way to measure them.
