AB  - This research project aimed to describe the Centro Cultural Colombo Americano Cali (CCCA) teachers’ views of their teacher professional identities and the process of CCCA teacher professional identity formation. Besides, it aimed to explore teachers' views of the contribution of the CCCA to their professional identity. The data was collected through an online questionnaire, interviews and narratives in which 9 teachers participated. The findings indicated the teachers’ awareness of their professional selves, the relevance their didactical and pedagogical components of teacher professional identity have had
throughout their teaching careers, and the identification of six groups of mechanisms through which the CCCA has contributed to its teachers’ professional identity formation.
