This study was developed to provide a better understanding of how cooperative companies especially want to improve the quality of life for their workers, their families and others. In turn, it is important that cooperatives use the social balance as a tool to communicate to society all the different contributions in human resources that enable growth and development. It follows that the information offered has an impact either internally (employees and suppliers) and / or external (society, investors and shareholders). Given the above, we performed fieldwork Solidarity Cooperative, where he observed the need to design a database in excel for them would be easier to systematize the different activities being carried out.
