AB  - Job satisfaction is a key factor to achieve the commitment of workers, where commitment of workers constitutes a strategic key of personal capacity that affects time management, offering a framework for achieving organizational competitiveness and the improvement of business results. Based on the above is that this research study identifies the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Time Management in the company PIMAX LTDA. From the results it is going to be proposed different recommendations to help the improvement of this relationship and the sustainability of the company.
