AB  - This project develops an infrastructure as a services supported in Cloud Computing technology. The model wants to fulfill the requirements of Carvajal Tecnología & Servicios customers’. This company is part of Carvajal Group and builds technology solutions and outsourcing processes.
A big part of the project rests in the idea of identify the products and services of strategic customers identified by internal project ALIANZA developed in association with McKinsey. A survey was applied to 30 of 95 main customers to determine which services they are willing to pay as long as they meet their needs. Based on these results the type of services to provide was defined and a financial study was developed.
Finally, developing this project we try to reach a primary goal covering the customers strategic expectations and allows to be implemented and extended to potential clients in Colombia and other countries where Carvajal Group has presence. It also covers the customer needs and the market demanding to make business with less effort and at low cost.
