AB  - In today's world organizations , organizational learning is still quite relevant in the context of university business, in this context determining factors for this as the transfer of knowledge , the ability to absorb knowledge , alliances , agreements cooperation , which help that there are changes that have been taking modernity within universities , helping each project or activities that are carried out with the intention to innovate and transfer knowledge which are vital to society and the productive . Cooperation agreements and strategic alliances are important factors when it comes to organizational matters, as both alliances as arrangements are an appropriate mechanism to exploit synergies between different companies and reduce transaction costs, generating organizational learning and transfer of tacit knowledge, skills and reputation.
