When research on the topic was conducted was able to identify that organizations constantly collect external information and resources become, but this depends on a close relationship ranging from individuals with business and enterprise with individuals. This is where the trust factor comes to play an important role, as the information transmitted between partner-company is relevant, leading to relations generating new idea forge and it is possible that there is fairness in the organization and they can all be participants, contributing ideas for making decisions. We also found that there are elements such as reputation and previous experiences which determine if it can establish a trust relationship, ie, speaking of university-business, both managers and students to be performing an investigation, carrying some process particular practice or doing business, are themselves in the proper development and management of processes, those leaving the university name in high and so the institution (university) can be recommended for future occasions.
