AB  - During the last decades, the concept of organizational climate has acquired great
importance and transcendence for the strategic development of organizations, since
effective management of it leads to favorable results in terms of productivity,
profitability, quality and corporation quality in enterprises.
For these reasons, the purpose of this thesis is to perform a conceptual synthesis
enables to visualize, and introduce the characteristics and the different variables,
which can be involved in the establishment of a “healthy” organizational climate, based
on the approaches, trends and recent concepts developed by various authors
