AB  - The aim of this paper is to analyze the viability of the proposed assessment CNC machine for the company “Ingeniería Hidráulica y Neumática S.A.S.”. This analysis is for diversify company’s markets,. This will be done through analysis of the market that the company currently has, and a sales budget evaluated by management, which follows all the financial analysis used in this job.
As a result of this study found that skilled labor is essential to have the optimal functioning of the production process of the machine, its necessary to hire a second mechanical engineer to be in charge of the machine and ensure a good final product.
We can see that the project is viable because generate, value for the company is generated through an internal rate of return, and a positive net present value, the purchase of the machine increases company productivity frees up time for other machines to meet effectively the market needs.
