AB  - This research project focuses on the study of the impact of psychological capital of subordinates in support among team members, and the mediating effect of organizational learning capacity. The study was performed on the training teams for projects in Industrial Biotechnology Center SENA in the city of Palmyra.
The psychological capital literature points to a construct of four elements: Hope, Resilience, Optimism and Self-Efficacy, fundamentals of organizational positive psychology.
