According to the rapid changes of the markets around the world, it is appropriate to plan the strategies and tactics to develop the corporate objectives of the enterprise. Therefore, it was determined to make an analysis about the political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal external surrounding facts, to understand some opportunities and threats. In the other hand, it was accurate to make an analysis focused on the strengths and weaknesses compared with industry. With the above, were crated some objectives and tactics focused on the SMART criteria model. The criterion is that objectives are Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic and Time-related.
