AB  - This business plan will reveal the feasibility of undertaking an enterprise, whose purpose is
the administration and brokerage business in real estate in the city of Cali. The data considers the
needs in the market and the business opportunity, from which emerges and presents a differential
value proposition for real estate.
In the same vein, the project assesses the risks associated with the business and sets course
to take at the beginning and during the operation in the first four years. 
The idea of this business plan, arises from the experience which has one of the authors of
the project, who has built his family an informal real estate and want to take that knowledge of
the market and industry in the city, to build a company with a solid foundation that can be
maintained over time and transform innovative ideas.
