AB  - This paper presents the initial results of the research that the authors are conducting at the Universidad Icesi to collect and analyze some of the teaching practices that have been used in the different courses offered by the Center for Entrepreneurship Development. The main goal of the research is to identify pedagogical strategies which have proved their efficiency in developing entrepreneurial competences. The research follows the Miguel Zabalsa Beraza´s Model.
We have identified and analyzed the pedagogical practices used in the course Entrepreneurship Seminar I, which is designed to work the following entrepreneurial competences: flexibility, decision making, goal orientation, self-confidence, perceptual amplitude, and empathy. These practices have been in use for almost seven years. They are based on active learning environments and have been tested with different groups and adjusted, along the years , according to the environment, the participants ,the evaluations done by the students and the professors, and the final impacts they have had.
