AB  - The  growing  dynamism  of  the  actual  markets  had  made  that  organizations  should  be 
changing  constantly  in  order  to  respond  to  the  different  crisis  and  opportunities  that 
appears each day; due to this reason
the decision making can ́t be taken lightly, because 
one little mistake could sign the death warrant for the company. It is for this that for an 
effective decision making the information should be precise in the correct moment, thanks 
to this in the busine
ss world the concept of knowledge transfer had been taken seriously, 
besides it ́s not only important having the information but also owning the “know how” for 
using this data in the better way. From the academy numerous investigations had been 
undertaken t
hat allowed understanding the importance of the knowledge transfer, in both 
cases interorganizational and inside the organization, as a result of that the academics 
had determined that the knowledge it is an asset extremely valuable converting it in an

ategic asset.
