TY - THES TI - El impacto de las redes sociales en las estrategias, actividades y comunicaciones de las empresas en Colombia : caso Caracol, RCN y CMI PB - Universidad Icesi PY - 2015 UR - http://hdl.handle.net/10906/79250 AB - The following research project, allowed us to analyze and compare three major Colombian newscast, Caracol news, RCN news and CM& news, to become acquainted with the perception the people of Cali have of their marketing strategies in social networks. With the obtained analysis we were able to obtain the use that is given to this virtual platforms, since it is the second most used media to find out about news, after the traditional television. In addition, Caracol news is the most frequented in social media by the users, in second place is RCN and third, CM& news. It became known that the majority of the users prefer to not participate in virtual communities even though they follow them through their social media accounts. Finally, we were able to observe that in its majority, every newscast in the country have platforms and strategies of social media to get to their viewers.
