The company, since its inception committed to the welfare of their region and employment generation has not always had an easy road, but has managed to overcome adversity with perseverance and optimism. After facing a major crisis for 3 years that led to the verge of disappearance, Magnetron emerged victorious and became the workplace of more than 650 people. To date, the company exports half of its production to countries in Central and South America, is a leader in the Colombian market with a share of 65% of total sales and has been awarded several times for its commitment to the region.
