This study was developed in order to generate a thesis about how the change and evolution of a globalized world affects organizations directly. Through the creation of knowledge and some factors of continuous learning, multiple barriers and constant changes present in the global field can be amended so organizations can achieve better opportunities to prosper. This will allow organizations to become more competitive, by fortalizing their internal procedures and generating value. In order to define the theoretical framework of the presented research, along with the variables to be analyzed, the emphasis was chosen on information regarding knowledge management and organizational learning. This work was made together with The Café Granja la Esperanza S.A.C.I organization, with the elaboration of documents where it can be seen clearly how tacit knowledge is converted in an explicit knowledge in each of its procedures. Finally, it will be seen how through an information collection process, learning and transmission of knowledge leads to the organizational knowledge.
