Vitta - Health Hotel is a proposal for hospitalization service with hotel services of high comfort, to be implemented in the city of Cali, designed for those individuals and users of prepaid medical insurance policies who wish to live their disease process surrounded by comfort with holistic approach, like-hotel conveniences, alternative therapies and Spa supplemental services (it will be developed in a second stage of the project). This ambitious project aims to fill a gap present in the home care market, as companies traditionally engaged in this activity, have been limited to performing eminently medical treatments in the patient's home, where possible, but for those can't access this service by not having a decent home where you receive it, the market offers alternatives where conditions are far from locative ideal, and it does not grant comfort during the stay, being a factor that can be crucial in the recovery and social rehabilitation of patients. The business plan developed with this idea showed that it is a financially viable project, with an attractive return and generate profits from their first year of operation, making it an attractive investment option and a new value offer within the healthcare market.
