Plan estratégico IPS intersalud ocupacional

The objective of this report is to summarize the strategic plan approach applied by the IPS Intersalud Ocupacional. It will analyze the key aspects of its internal and external diagnostics, concluding with the proposed strategies to take advantage of opportunities, strengths, as well as mitigate, eliminate or prevent weakness and threats that could affect its economic stability. Later on, it will present the mission, vision, values and strategic objectives with its balance score card. The main opportunities presented for Intersalud have to do with the need to act in compliance by all companies, especially SMEs, with a legislation that day by day is more demanding in Colombia to decrease absenteeism and incorporate new technologies. There are threats that must be taken into account such as the tolerance in Colombia with the violation of the rules, the growing business competition and ignorance of the importance of occupational health in many businesses, particularly SMEs.
