This article divulges the results of a research realized with 15-27 years old people in conditions of displacement, actually receiving the attention services of the Attention and Orientation Unit (AOU) of Municipality of Pasto. The study was designed to create empowerment processes with this population, through the understanding of significance of victimisation, and the implementing of vocational, professional, and occupational assistance. At the end of the study the young people under the AOU coverage were able to reassess the different implicit circumstances in displacement, as well as their own personal situations, and to establish productive life projects, and profitable action initiatives.
